Class Schedule
Right now, post delivery of my daughter, I am mainly teaching small groups and privates at my home to a variety of individuals at all levels and all ages. On occasion, I teach at studios where I used to teach regularly.

7:30 - 8:30pm NYSC Harlem 125th and Frederick Douglass Blvd
Wednesday
7:15 - 8:15am 92nd St. Y
Thursday
7:15 - 8:15pm NYSC 86th and Lex
Sunday
12:00 - 1:00pm NYSC 36th and Madison
